Steeping Instructions
Steeping loose leaf tea is easy. Simply spoon 1-2 tsp of desired tea into a tea filter or infuser. Heat fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil and leave to cool just a little.
Pour water over tea and steep. Refer to individual tea information (above) for recommended temperature and brewing time.

great herbal tea
Rooibos is the only herbal tea I drink, to be honest. Even just plain it doesn't seem to need any sweetening as it has such a lovely mild & natural taste. Should really try it with spices.

Overpowering banana-flavor with a subtle chocolate taste makes this a great pairing with a chocolate dessert—but will not stand as chocolaty on its own at all.
A tasty enough tea, even for one who is no great banana lover. That being the case, I fed this one to my husband as well (he of the banana and rooibos love). He enjoyed it, but it was not his favorite. -

The flavor lives up to the name, the chocolate and banana combo tastes just like a delicious pastry in a cup. Using rock sugar to sweeten the tea adds a bit of a caramel flavor as well.
