Clever name, disappointing execution.
Every tea purveyor seems to have a rooibos-take on the traditional Earl Grey; and everyone seems to get it wrong. At this point, I'm convinced that it's a factor that has to do with the differing qualities of rooibos than with the purveyors themselves. Unfortunately, this one fares no better.
"Earl Red", "Rooibos Grey", and the like are uninspired—"[H]erbal Grey", however, quite tickled my punny bone and I looked forward to sipping a non-caffeinated version of one of my favorite teas. However, Herbal Grey is much better named Herbal Orange. The flavor that is evident is that of a navel orange, just peeled. A pleasant flavor—and even a very delicious tea—but not a 'Grey.
This tea is delicious in its own right as an orange-flavored rooibos blend, but it has no relation to the Earls Grey a tea-drinker may have tried. -

Full flavor
This tea is a favorite of mine. The oil of bergamot makes it reminiscent of Earl Grey, but it's quite different as it has a rooibos base. It's good on its own, but I love it with a pinch of rock sugar and some milk. It's tasty, warming, and full of health benefits. I drink it daily now.
